Episode 6 - Balance and flexing/bending + lateral movements
In this episode I will tell you what the purpose is of riding exercises. I will show you how to teach a horse lateral movement and then we show you how to ride these lateral movements with different horses. The goal? The transitions within the paces should be fluent while maintaining the rhythm and with a light and consistent contact.
We're going to teach a young horse to rein-back. Before you can rein-back, you have to be able to halt in a relaxed manner.

And that I actually started with show jumping...

Episode 3 – What qualities does a rider need?
In this episode I will tell you about the important qualities of a rider. We are going to look at the ideal posture and seat. I will tell you that a functional seat is not always a nice seat but that it is better than a forced upright seat. We will also go deeper into the mental part. Horse riding is hard work, every day. But most of all you can enjoy it as long as you do it with dedication.
